Telemedicine in Rural Nepal

I am a member of Nyaya Health, an organization that is striving to develop
a community health worker programw with telemedicine capabalities for a
population in rural Nepal, which currently only has one physician serving
200,000 people. If anybody has experience in developing ICT or
telemedicine programs, particularly if they were successful, please
contact me. I would appreciate your input and would be willing to engage
