Finally, the new microscope controller is ready. It is a complete rewrite on the basis of Java2/SWT. The microscope controller can be used with CoolScope and with a built in "FractalScope" to test the functionality. Drivers for other microscopes may be added if necessary.
The new microscope controller - named iMic - is available for download from the sourceforge project page. The source code is available through the CVS repository on sourceforge.
